HOW LONG DO YOUR PRESS-ONS LAST?

I'VE LOST A NAIL, WHAT DO I DO?

Replacement nails are available for a fee of $6 USD per finger, plus shipping. Alternatively, replacement nails can be included free of charge with a new purchase on the website.

CAN I REUSE YOUR NAILS?

Aorny Press-Ons are 100% reusable. Follow the provided instructions for removing Press-Ons.

To remove excess glue from the Press-On, gently use the included nail file to buff off the glue.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO BUY?

A size chart is available online, along with instructions on how to measure nails correctly. If you have sizing questions please do not hesitate to contact our team.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FLAT NAIL BEDS?

For flat nail beds, try to flatten and adjust the Press-On for a better fit. Heat the Press-On using a hair dryer or hot water, then, while it is still warm, gently press down to flatten the curve.

I HAVE CLUBBED THUMBS, WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

if you have clubbed thumbs please reach out to our team via email or contact form and we can arrange for extra/replacement thumbs to be purchased.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we’ve already gotten started on it. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to customer service for this request. Changes to address or cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of booking. There are no guarantees that we would be able to fulfill your request, but we will try. Orders placed after regular business hours need to be requested via email and a customer service representative will respond the following business day. The good news is, returns and exchanges are free! (US Only!)

How do I exchange an order?

Orders, shipping & tracking

When will my Aornys be delivered?

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday. Orders that come in on the weekend will be added to the next business day, with a shipping turnaround time of 24 – 48 hours. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get an email with your shipping information. Transit days will begin once the carrier has made its initial scan.

Can I get expedited shipping on my order?

You can! Standard shipping is always free. If you’d like to choose faster options, you can select it at checkout. Please note that we only fulfill orders on regular business days. Any order placed after business hours on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning.

Do you ship Aornys internationally?

Aorny products are sold internationally! If you're not already directed to your location, you can find out if you can purchase our products in your market by going to the location selector at the bottom of our website.

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get an email with your shipping information. You can always go your email to check the update tracking information.

What happens if my Aorny products arrive, but they were damaged in transit?

We want your order to be right! Contact our customer service team, and they’ll help you. Be ready to send a photo of your damaged item, and we’ll do our best to get it resolved.

How do I exchange my Aornys for a different color or size?

No matter why you want to exchange your Aornys, you can! As long as you haven’t worn them outside, you can send them back for free within 30 days of purchase.

Is my payment secure?

All the transactions made on the hevvv.com website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure setting. Hevvv and Aorny's parterner shopify has also established specific security measures to protect your personal information from non-authorized access and use. However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Any information that you make available online can potentially be recuperated and used by third parties.

When will my credit card be debited?

Cards and other payment methods are not debited until an order has been accepted and sent. However, it is possible that your credit card or other payment method may indicate a reserve amount as soon as the order is placed.

How long will my refund take?

We aim to process returns within 7 to 10 business days from delivery to our distribution center. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.
